Piers Morgan reacts to Mike Dean’s awful decision against Arsenal
Piers Morgan took to Twitter to express his thoughts on the decision from the match official which saw Tottenham score their second goal of the game on Sunday.
The Gunners went into the game on the back of a comfortable victory in the Europa League on Thursday which saw a much-changed team still manage to thrash Vorskla 3-0 on the road.
Most Arsenal fans were not pleased to hear that Mike Dean had been chosen as the man to be in charge of the north London derby but early into the game, he had the Emirates stadium crowd cheering as he awarded the Gunners a penalty kick.
Later in the first half though, Mike Dean managed to even the score as he chose to award Spurs a penalty kick as well for what appeared to be a dive by Son.
The awful decision from the referee nearly cost Arsenal who went into the half time break trailing 2-1 and here was Piers Morgan’s reaction to Mike Dean’s call…
Mike Dean having another stormer – for Spurs. Outrageously bad penalty decision. #AFCvTHFC
