Pundtis evaluate declining Gunners as Wenger’s decisions are questioned
It was the last meeting with Manchester United which prompted Arsenal to make whatever efforts which have resulted in where they are on Premier League table at the moment.
Some may claim improvement has been made ever since while others may argue that it could have been better.
And so before the Gunners face United again for the first time since that 8-2 embarrassment which forced five deadline-day signings, ESPN’s pundits have assessed how Arsene Wenger and his men are faring after Sunday’s defeat at Swansea City.

good debate..I am a strong Wenger supporter and I have to agree the injuries have done us no favors, however it his selection and substitution I have more problem with than anything else. why does he insist on playing Arshavin when he is clearly out of form? Why not bring in someone who will have an impact on the game instead of constantly sticking with someone who does his team more harm than good? Arshavin has not been good for quite a long time. Ramsey was having a really bad game but instead he substituted Banayoun..these are just elementary mistakes from someone as smart as wenger. How bad can Park be when Chamakh who never looks like scoring keeps getting selected ahead of him? Its all a mystery to me..Its going to be a long and painful sunday coming up
It is unfortunate that a team loved world over can just plug in Wenger’s eyes. It is more interesting when he says there are no classic players to buy, yet in the filed he Arsenal is reduced to kids by the “none performing players” Wenger thus has to buy and compete or simply shut up. Referees are not part of your team so stop blaming them for your loss.
good day everyone …..most especially my ARSENAL fans and the board as well…..
you see don’t let what happened past repeat it’s self hn … please wenger i think you’re the cost of ARSENAL problem right now….cos you don’t go for quality players…. you only go for hungry players that really want to see the ARSENAL color, pitch, and the STARS there…..
why not you get the players the fans really want ….even if the players amount is high or the age as well…..
you see why i’m i saying all these is because of what is really happening in the club….actually you take minor thing but not knowing that it’s a big problem….
what i’m i saying is we gonna win against MAN-U on one condition …hn! and that condition is do not pair HENRY and RVP together and don’t start ARSHAVIN ….hn! let stop deceiving our self’s hn! because we all no that ARSHAVIN isn’t in form any more …
why bordering your self over this player that played in his days of football …hn! why forcing him …..why not use CHAMBALIN in there for the fans ….? and use this logic it gonna work hn..!
and don’t forget that very soon you ‘ll face NIGERIA.. for a tour friendly match …hn! my beloved country…..and don’t be surprise that NIGERIA can even can score more goals to expose the defensive crises ….that if you don’t sell this unpromising players and buy good quality player….players that are ready to compete to any level of competition…hn!
thank’s for listening hn!.. i am TOBECHUKWU OKAFOR EMMANUEL from the giant of Africa (NIGERIA)..hn!
er, we have been in declince since 2007…..no money spent on decent players.sub standard players making sub standard mistakes.death by a thousand cuts springs to mind
Pep Guardiola in, Arsene Wegner Out…..tired of the bullshit under the french cunt
tommy ur a legend arsenal are done time for a new board and manger
any bets 1 5 for the scum i hope van the man gets hurt just a wee bit for 2 or 3 weeks to c what he does than
This is a verygood observation.how i wish mr wenger will respond so as to change name from arsenal plc to arsenal fc.
TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE WENGER IS THE GREATEST PROBLEM ARSENAL HAS. HE IS NOT A WINNER. ALL THOSE TIME HE WON, HE ONLY WON BECAUSE THERE IS SOMEBODY TO PILOT HIM (DEIN) WHEN THE MAN LEFT HIM , WINNING STOP, SEVEN YEARS NOW, HE IS STILL SEARCHING AND THERE IS KNOW HOPE AT SIGHT. WENGER IS A LOSER FULL STOP.
Great point by the wee Irish fellow. Wenger doesn’t want to buy anyone who is a bigger name than he is. He is an ego-maniac, and if a player isn’t indebted to him for ‘making him’, he doesn’t want them. Wenger should have been replaced years ago. Arsenal have the stadium of a big club, the fans of a big club, and a year ago, almost had the players of a big club. What they, and Wenger don’t have, is the mentality of a big club.
After decades of blind faith, I now am subjected to the doom laden views of `Pundits` The real killer, is that so many refuse to accept the potential danger. Ignoring AW,s dubious role in our decline, it is Kronke who controls the purse strings. A babe in football, he may be but in making money from losing teams, he is the master. For Arsenal, read, Rams. His dead hand seems likely to reach far – Ram`s fans will have to travel about four thousand miles, if they want to see their team, live. Our wise men have not stressed this man`s track record, His other sporting ventures, are uniformly, profitable sporting failures. Only Baseball, in US, is spared his involvement – there is no wage cap. Arsenal must have seemed heaven sent. In time, he may take a huge profit and turn elsewhere, Unless AW threatens to resign immedately, it will be too late to bring in the players that would persuade top men to join us – or even to keep some of the existing players. Wenger must buy quality. He might begin with men who want to join us and are prepared to fight for the privilage.
Hi Randy, The poor effort above was intended to convey that the pundits` had neglected to lay the blame accurately. If you would prefer diffferent approach, I will readily comply. Regards
