‘He was rubbish yet again’ – Fans attack Arsenal star on Twitter after Huddersfield game
Once again, there were Arsenal fans who did not hesitate to voice their opinion on social media about one of the players who featured for the entire match against Huddersfield Town.
Arsene Wenger’s men did well to defeat Burnley last Sunday courtesy of a late penalty kick from Alexis Sanchez after a tough day at Turf Moore.
The Gunners then followed up that victory with an emphatic 5-0 thrashing of Huddersfield Town to keep their place in the top four ahead of rivals Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.
And one man who featured in both of those games was Granit Xhaka, the man once again charged with the task of shielding the Arsenal back-three this season.
However, it appears as though the performance of the 25-year-old Switzerland international did not impress several fans on Wednesday…
Xhaka, thanks for the house keys story, but it's time to say goodbye.

Xhaka was rubbish yet again. Good 5-0 win but his mistakes in midfield may cost us against better teams.

Xhaka has a mistake in him all the time, never understood why he's rated so highly

When Xhaka sucks its a 'lack of focus' or Wenger's fault. When Coquelin sucks it's because 'doesn't have a brain'. Interesting ?

I thought the Xhaka at the end of last season would be built upon into this season. Somehow he's struggling more than ever this season.
