The history Arsenal star made for his country on Friday
Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud made history for France through his hat trick in the friendly match against Paraguay on Friday.
The 30-year-old was the man to set up the winning goal for Aaron Ramsey in last Saturday’s 2-1 FA Cup final victory over Chelsea.
And Giroud continued his inspiring form for his country on Friday by scoring an impressive three goals in the 5-0 thrashing of Paraguay.
Incidentally, that was the first time a Frenchman had scored a hat-trick for the national team in almost two decades.
