Arsenal may have more injury problems to deal with heading into the clash with Manchester United after the international break.
Arsene Wenger’s side has maintained a promising start to the new season after the disappointment of failing to clinch any silverware last term.
However, any hopes of continuing the current unbeaten run in all competitions has been threatened to be dashed by familiar woes of the team’s usually poor form in November and the likelihood of important players being hit by injuries.
Hector Bellerin has now joined Alexis Sanchez on the list of players who have picked up concerning injury problems only days into the current international break.
The 21-year-old reportedly agreed to sign a new six-year contract at the Emirates stadium recently but he could soon be spending some time on the sidelines.
Bellerin pulled out of the Spanish U-21 team on Wednesday after missing training due to injury 24 hours before.
Spain’s official twitter account have confirmed that the right-back, who will be allowed to fly back to London for treatment at Arsenal, is being replaced in the squad by Javier Manquillo.
