The irony of ‘Thierry Henry vs Arsenal’ is quite similar to that of ‘Cesc Fabregas vs Barcelona’.
Arsenal’s Champions League clash with the Catalans has generated several recalls and debates. And least of all those topics will be the Fabregas-Barcelona factor.
Arsenal’s skipper has made a pleasant and hopefully ever-lasting home in north London but he has his inevitable relations to Catalonia.
So for our build-up to Wednesday’s clash, here is a recall of Fabregas’ past and this interesting 2001 clip shows the whiz kid Arsene Wenger lured from Barcelona.
Please don’t be too sensitive with Cesc’s words, after all, Henry expressing his love for Arsenal was understandable amongst Barca fans.
