Arsene Wenger has sent out a strong hint that one of the players who suffered an injury on Thursday may be back in the side immediately.

The Gunners are now looking to finish off their campaign with some encouragement after a horrible run of results.

Thursday’s victory over AC Milan was marred by an injury to key star Sead Kolasinac.

But Wenger has moved to play down any fears over whether the former Bundesliga full-back will be able to feature on Sunday.

“Sead Kolasinac has an ankle problem, but we don’t rule him out for Sunday yet.” Wenger was quoted as saying

The Arsenal manager has also revealed that Calum Chambers is expected to shrug off his problem and return to action as well.

“Calum Chambers had cramps, because he played in a position which he is not used to for a centre back.” he added

“He should be OK though.”
