Arsene Wenger has given an injury update on his squad ahead of this weekend’s Premier League clash with Swansea City at the Emirates stadium.

The Gunners bounced back from the 2-1 defeat against Watford by beating Red Star Belgrade 1-0 late on before thrashing Everton 5-2 at Goodison Park last Sunday.

And after securing a last-gasp victory over Norwich City in the League Cup on Tuesday night, Arsenal are now gearing up for a home meeting with Swansea City.

Injuries have once again proven to be an issue for Wenger this season as he looks to cut the growing gap between his side and league leaders Manchester City.

But according to the Arsenal manager, there are no new injury problems to worry about and therefore, the same team which featured last weekend will be available for selection.

“Well, basically the squad that was available against Everton is available and, for the rest, decisions will be made if they will come in or not.” Wenger said on Thursday

“I will make that decision tomorrow [Friday]. But overall everybody is available [from last weekend], and everybody who played on Tuesday night is available as well.”
