Whether he ends up out of Arsenal or not, one thing you can call Lukas Podolksi is a true professional.

In an industry where out of favour footballers deal with being left out by sulking, the German forward has been doing the opposite.

Despite being retained in the dug-out no matter how impressive his cameos have been, Podolski has maintained a positive energy around the team for the past several months.

Over the years, we have witnessed a host of players go chaotic in order to vent their anger over being benched. In 2008, Lassana Diarra even went as far as leaving Arsenal for Portsmouth over lack of action, just six months after joining the club from Chelsea.

But the rightfully frustrated Podolski has chosen to respond to Arsene Wenger with patience and optimism. One thing for sure is that this guy is no Tevez, Anelka or Balotelli…
