Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette took to social media to send out a message to the fans after featuring in the clash against Leeds United on Monday night.

The FA cup affair against the side from the Championship saw Mikel Arteta make a couple of changes to the team which comfortably defeated Manchester United in the Premier League last week.

Arsenal, who had been drawn against Bournemouth in the fourth round, were looking to confirm their place in the next stage of the competition by seeing off a stubborn Leeds side at the Emirates stadium.

The away side did manage to test Mikel Arteta’s men in the first half as they racked up several shots on goal.

Arsenal knew they had to improve after the break and that is exactly what occured as a goal from Reiss Nelson secured a hard-fought win in north London.
