Arsenal may receive an offer from a Premier League rival over a deal which could see the club sell one of the key players in the first team.
New Arsenal manager Unai Emery is trying to put together his strongest possible squad for his first season at the club after replacing Arsene Wenger back in May.
Emery’s next move may be to trim down his squad before the season starts and Aaron Ramsey is now a player being linked with an exit.
According to the Daily Express, Chelsea are looking to offer £35million in a deal to sign the Welsh midfielder.
Ramsey has previously been reported to be in talks with the Gunners over a new contract but a tempting offer for the midfielder could force the club to sell.
Earlier this week, Chelsea were named as the favourites to sign Ramsey with bookies slashing the odds on Arsenal agreeing a deal to ditch the former Cardiff City player.
