Arsenal fans react to Francis Coquelin’s performance against West Ham

There were several impressive performances to make note of at the London stadium as Arsenal thumped West Ham 5-1 on Saturday.

The Gunners made winning look easy in the second half as goals from Alexis Sanchez and Alex Oxlade Chamberlain proved enough to see off the Hammers.

All the players who scored on the night were part of several changes Arsene Wenger had made to the starting line-up after the 2-0 defeat to Southampton in the League Cup.

Indeed, the only man to keep his starting spot from Wednesday apart Gabriel was Francis Coquelin as Granit Xhaka reclaimed his spot in midfield alongside the Frenchman.

The decision to start Coquelin was not backed by everyone initially but several fans were raving about his display after the final whistle on Saturday.
