Unai Emery appears to have picked out another target to go after in the summer transfer window after recently being appointed as the Gunners’ new manager.

The former Paris Saint-Germain boss was announced last week as the man to replace Arsene Wenger despite several weeks of Mikel Arteta being considered the favourite to be handed the job.

Emery is expected to make a number of changes to the squad ahead of his debut season at the Emirates stadium and thus, rumours are linking him with a deal for Emil Forsberg.

According to the Sun, Arsenal have now managed to open talks with RB Leipzig over bringing the winger to the Premier League next season.

Forsberg is priced at a heavy £47million by his club after a couple of sublime seasons in the German topflight.

With the likes of Jack Wilshere and Aaron Ramsey yet to renew their contracts at the Emirates stadium, Emery might be in search of new players to strengthen his attacking options.
