Arsene Wenger has chosen to omit Krystian Bielik from Arsenal’s Champions League squad for the 2015/16 season.

The Gunners have now submitted their official list of players to be used in the Champions League group stages, with summer signings Petr Čech and Jeff Reine-Adélaïde included.

However, the notable exclusion from Arsenal’s squad is Krystian Bielik who has now been at the club for six months.

Despite being signed in an £2.7 million deal with Legia Warsaw during the January transfer window, Bielik has been deemed short of Champions League credentials.

At the time of the youngster’s signing, Wenger suggested that the Polish defensive midfielder would be involved with the first team this season but Bielik’s chances have been slim.
