Arsenal shareholder and well-known Gooner Piers Morgan took to Twitter to express his frustration with the Gunners’ decline once again after the result against Liverpool.

The Gunners are sitting in sixth place in the table at the moment after dropping points on Friday night in the clash against Liverpool at the Emirates stadium.

Indeed, had it not been for a stunning five-minute comeback which saw Alexis Sanchez, Granit Xhaka and then Mesut Ozil score in quick succession, the team looked to be heading for another worrying defeat on home turf.

Roberto Firmino’s equalizer in the end meant the Gunners got just about the result they deserved – a 3-3 draw – which means a place in the top four is still within reach.

But for a man like Piers Morgan who has funds invested in the club, results like the one against Jurgen Klopp’s side which leaves Arsenal well behind Manchester City in the title race, cannot be deemed acceptable.
