Arsenal winger Reiss Nelson has sent out a message via social media after winning an award so early in the new season.

The 17-year-old was in superb form when called up by Arsene Wenger for the first team during the pre-season tour and the Emirates Cup.

As result, many have suggested that Nelson deserves to be handed a regular role for the first team, especially after the departure of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

And the promising youngster has certainly done no harm to his chances of reaching that target after winning the Premier League 2’s player of the month award for August.
