What Pablo Mari posted for Arsenal fans on Thursday
New Arsenal signing Pablo Mari took to social media on Thursday to post his first message for the fans, less than 24 hours after completing his move to the Emirates stadium.
Mikel Arteta’s squad has been hit by injuries but the club had not been busy with any incoming deals in the transfer market until this week.
After all the speculation over the last few days, Pablo Mari completed his move to the Emirates stadium yesterday.
The Spaniard’s transfer switch makes him Mikel Arteta’s first ever signing since taking over as the manager of the Gunners.
Mari, who was recruited from Flamengo, is to remain on loan at the club for the remainder of the season, filling the void left by the injured Calum Chambers.
A day after his arrival, the 26-year-old has taken to social media to send out his first message to the Arsenal faithful, vowing to do his best in the Gunners’ shirt.
I’m extremely happy and excited to start the next stage in my career as a player @Arsenal. I’m really looking forward to joining my new teammates and doing my best playing in this shirt. Let’s go #Gunners!!🔴⚪ #COYG pic.twitter.com/l1fR2VtiaC
