BBC’s David Ornstein reveals 22-goal star could sign for Arsenal tomorrow

BBC journalist David Ornstein has given the latest regarding Arsenal’s proposed transfer deal for Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang this month.

Arsene Wenger has so far managed to secure the services of young Greek defender Konstantinos Mavropanos and Henrikh Mkhitaryan with the likes of Francis Coquelin, Theo Walcott and most notably Alexis Sanchez leaving the club.

The Gunners manager’s next move in the transfer market is expected to see him land the signing of Dortmund star Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang.

Arsenal’s pursuit of the 28-year-old, who has scored 22 goals for Dortmund so far this season, has turned into another seemingly unending transfer saga, but that is likely to change within the next 24 to 48 hours.

The transfer deal for Aubameyang hit a snag ahead of the weekend but with an agreement now reached between the two clubs, he could soon become an Arsenal player.

Indeed, BBC journalist David Ornstein is now reporting that the Gabonese striker is set to undergo a medical at the club on Wednesday ahead of his permanent move to the Emirates stadium.
