‘Definite start for Sunday’ – Some fans were loving this Arsenal player vs Liege
Some Arsenal fans have complimented the display produced by one of Freddie Ljungberg’s youngsters in the draw against Standard Liege in the Europa League on Thursday.
On Monday night, Freddie Ljungberg decided to freshen up his starting eleven by bringing in some youth as the Gunners finally brought an end to their poor run which had seen them fail to win a game in two months.
With a place in the next round of the Europa League already secured, the interim Arsenal boss rotated his line-up even further on Thursday night as the team made a trip to face Standard Liege.
Bukayo Saka was one of the players who benefited from Ljungberg’s rotation as he filled the void on the left flank, following the absence of Kieran Tierney.
The youngster has not been enjoying as much playing time as he did at the start of the season but his display on Thursday has gotten several fans wanting to see more of him…

Saka has been absolutely unreal. Wonder if he can fill in at LB in the league while Tierney's out.

I swear you can put Saka anywhere on the pitch and he'll still perform. Versatile player.

Fair play to Saka for continuing to fire. He had a rough couple outings but it's good to see him still having confidence to play his game
