The Gunners are sweating over the fitness of another player as the supposed ‘curse of November’ continues during the international break.

Arsene Wenger’s side has made an encouraging start to the new season as they sit only two points behind league leaders Liverpool in the Premier League table, having secured a place in the quarter-final of the League Cup and a spot in the round of 16 of the Champions League.

However, Arsenal’s pursuit of major honours this season has not been backed by certain pundits who believe an impending collapse in form and injuries to key players are likely to halt their push for silverware.

And only days into the early November international break, it appears a familiar problem is back to haunt the Gunners yet again.

Earlier on Tuesday, news circulated that Alexis Sanchez could be sidelined with a calf problem and now reports are suggesting that Hector Bellerin is also struggling to stay fit.

According to rumours broken by journalist Ben Dinnery, the 21-year-old Spaniard is now facing the possibility of being ruled out of action through injury after sitting out training with Spain.
