Ex-Arsenal star Diaby slams comedian for insensitive joke

Former Arsenal star Abou Diaby was not too happy to hear a joke which a French comedian made about him over the weekend.
The midfielder was finally offloaded by Arsene Wenger in the summer of 2015 after an erratic career at Arsenal plagued by injuries season after season.
Diaby’s unfortunate fitness record has seen him become the subject of all sorts of jokes from fans on social media about being injury-prone.
However, the Olympique Marseille man was not too pleased with comedian Julien Cazarre’s idea of humour as he compared him with a disabled individual during a show on Canal + yesterday.

Abou Diaby has responded on Twitter: "the lack of respect for disabled people is revolting." Calls Cazarre's joke: "cowardly."

Au-delà de l'insulte à ma personne, le manque de respect aux personnes handicapées me révolte. Gratuit, blessant et si peu courageux…
