Dani Ceballos posts a message after playing in Everton game
Dani Ceballos sent out a post-match message after featuring in the Gunners’ victory over Everton in the Premier League on Sunday as they kept their top four hopes very much alive.
Mikel Arteta was looking for another victory from his side after watching them win on the road at Olympiacos in the first round of the Europa League round of 32 tie.
With Lucas Torreira remaining on the bench, the Arsenal boss decided to start Dani Ceballos in midfield once again as the Spaniard got another chance to impress following his recent return from injury.
Ceballos, who was substituted in the second half of the game, did enough to help Arsenal secure a 3-2 victory over a very dangerous Everton side, who managed to score twice against the home side in the first half.
After the final whistle, the midfielder on loan from Real Madrid took to social media to send out a message to the Gunners faithful….
🔴⚪️ Great victory today with sacrifice and fighting from the first minute. It didn't start well, but the team knew how to get up, specially with such support. I'm proud of my teammates. We keep growing! Let's go Gunners!💪⚽️@Arsenal #PremierLeague #Victory #Emirates pic.twitter.com/puk9MHHdBn
