Diarra reveals bump with Wenger, feeling like he “never played for Arsenal”

It demonstrated little logic to how and why Lassana Diarra relinquished lavish financial treatment at Chelsea to join Arsenal and later move within five months in search of regular football.
The French youngster has now supposedly rekindled his weird career to be welcomed at Real Madrid after another short spell with Portsmouth. Arsenal made wise earnings in that transfer due to agreements when shipping the 23-year-old off to South-Coast.
Lassana Diarra spoke on Monday about his “hop and jump” career so far, switching from big clubs to another.
But he confessed that his time at Arsenal was one to forget, acknowledging a “misunderstanding” with Wenger as the reason why his time at the Emirates was never an experience he benefited from. Thus, Diarra insists he knew much of the behind the scenes events that ignorant ones outside the club might misjudge him to have just been a rush to leave.
“People speak a lot but don’t really know what happens within the clubs. Shut up if you don’t know.
“Monsieur Wenger is a coach that I respect, but we didn’t understand each other. There has been a misunderstanding.
“For example I dropped my wages to join Arsenal. And I know what they didn’t do to make me blossom. I feel like I never played for Arsenal.”

I don’t care how he looks; he seems to have a bigger ego than he really should have. he has played well at portsmouth but was pretty mediocre in the big clubs. he has a lot to prove at Real. he needs to know he is entering the lions den and the competition is Gago, Diarra, Guti, and to some extent Van de Vaart…wish him the best though
