‘He should be dropped for this’ – Fans call for Arsenal star to be dropped after what happened when 1-0 down to Stoke
Most Arsenal fans have expressed their dissatisfaction with the performance of Arsene Wenger’s back three in the defeat against Stoke City.
The Arsenal boss saw his side concede three goals at home to Leicester City on the opening day of the season even though they managed to win the game courtesy of a late comeback.
However, it was a much different story at the Bet365 stadium on Saturday as Stoke City defeated Arsene Wenger’s men 1-0 in a frustrating affair.
The winning goal from debutant Jese Rodriguez exposed Arsenal’s midfield and a back three which saw Nacho Monreal featuring at the heart of the defence.
Later in the game, the Spaniard did himself no favours by kicking the ball out of play for the sake of an ‘injured’ Stoke player as the Gunners chased an equalizer.

Nacho monreal is a very good footballer but Wenger is the problem playing him out of position causing him to struggle with positioning.
