‘Would be a great signing’,’Exactly what we need’: Some fans react to Arsenal move for forward

The Gunners appear to have made an attempt to replace the likes of Aaron Ramsey and Danny Welbeck, whose departures have left Arsenal in need of more goal-scoring threats for next season.
The exit of the duo comes after a frustrating season at the Emirates stadium which has seen the club settle for another year of having to play in the Europa League.
Unai Emery showed last summer that he has an eye for valuable young talent as he managed to securing the signing of midfielder Matteo Guendouzi.
With youngster becoming a success story in the Premier League, the Gunners are now looking to sign another French export in Alexis Claude-Maurice, according to the respected Get French Football News.
The 21-year-old obviously lacks Premier League experience but the fact that Arsenal are in desperate need of a goalscorer has seen several Arsenal fans react to the transfer report with excitement.
Claude Maurice would be a great signing tbh

Alexis Claude Maurice has had a breakthrough season at Lorient quick& direct exactly what we need tbf. He is my avi but it’s a big risk just turned 21, but a front 3 of ACM, Auba Carrasco is frightening

Assuming our budget is £45m+sales if we end the summer signing Alexis Claude Maurice, Praet, Andersen, Tierney & maybe even Saliba and Martinelli I would be really happy given the circumstances. Should be possible after sales.

I’d be extremely happy with Claude-Maurice

Last year Arsenal signed a french player who was surprisingly ready for the PL. I would love if Claude Maurice was the same he looks very exciting.

Don't see why people would criticise the Claude-Maurice signing. We all Would be said no to Sancho, NDombele and Pepe 2 years ago….now worth £250m combined.
