Add him to Lacazette: Arsenal make ‘big offer’ to agree deal with Man City target – BBC
Arsene Wenger has stepped up his plans of keeping the Arsenal squad at full-strength heading into next season.
The Arsenal boss has managed to bring in Sead Kolasinac so far with the arrival of Alexandre Lacazette seemingly imminent.
And in addition to those deals, Wenger is now looking to extend the contract of Alexis Sanchez which expires in 12 months.
The Chilean international, who is currently on duty at the Confederations Cup, has been linked with a move to Manchester City.
But BBC journalist David Ornstein is claiming that Sanchez has received a substantial offer from Arsenal to commit his future to the club.
#AFC made Sanchez big offer, hope he stays. But if set on leaving + fee acceptable possible he'll go this summer rather than free next #MCFC
