BBC pundit Gary Lineker raved about one of the Gunners’ goal-scorers on Sunday as they thrashed Newcastle United 4-0 in the Premier League to maintain their hopes of challenging for a top four spot.

Arsenal went into the clash with the Magpies knowing that a win would take them within seven points of Chelsea, the side currently occupying fourth place in the Premier League table.

Mikel Arteta decided to make a number of changes to the starting eleven from the game against Burnley which came right before the squad’s trip to Dubai.

Keeping his spot in the starting line-up was Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang, who has once again scored enough goals to maintain his status as the team’s top scorer of the season.

The former Borussia Dortmund star powered home a header to hand Arsenal the lead in the second half of the clash against Newcastle.

And that saw him receive more plaudits from Gary Lineker who has labelled him as ‘one hell of’ a player.
