Gary Lineker sent out a message about the Gunners for the rest of the Premier League to notice after watching them turn things around on Monday night in the clash with West Ham.

Arsenal’s poor run of results this season recently resulted in the club’s decision to let go of Unai Emery, less than two years after the former PSG boss was appointed as the man to take over from Arsene Wenger.

The exit of the Spaniard did not see the Gunners’ form immediately change as they were held to a draw at Norwich City before being beaten by Brighton last Thursday.

The fact that West Ham appeared to be the favourites to win ahead of Monday’s London derby meant these were really worrying times for the Gunners.

But Arsenal found a way to secure a rare victory despite going behind in the first half as Martinelli, Pepe and Aubameyang all got on the score sheet.

Thus, Gary Lineker has sent out a message that the old Arsenal are back.
