The international break is scarcely an enjoyable period for most Arsenal fans but the team’s recent performances means this break will not be so unbearable.

A majority of Arsene Wenger’s first team stars have traveled out to represent their countries in World Cup qualifiers for the next week or two.

And the first man to find the net is Olivier Giroud who managed to score a double in France’s 3-1 victory over Luxemberbourg on Saturday.
