Pep Guardiola has picked out the Arsenal players who may be a thorn in the flesh of his side in this weekend’s clash.
The Gunners are preparing to host Manchester City, three months after surrendering a lead to lose 2-1 at the Etihad back in December.
Arsene Wenger’s men have gone from chasing league leaders Chelsea to having to fight for a top four finish after dropping to sixth place.
However, Manchester City boss Guardiola insists the likes of Theo Walcott, Alexis Sanchez and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain have enough quality to make a difference in Sunday’s clash.
“Everybody knows them. There’s quality in the side, with Alexis going in perfect runs inside with Walcott, Oxlade-Chamberlain. Good quality. Arsenal are a top team.” the Spaniard said
“I travelled there with Barcelona and Bayern Munich and it was always so difficult. We won once or twice, sometimes we lose, sometimes we draw.
“It’s always difficult at the Emirates against a tough team (who are) always fighting to be in the top four.”
