A number of Arsenal supporters took to social media to heap praise on one of the defenders who featured for the Gunners on Sunday as they overcame a very stern test to defeat Everton 3-2 in the Premier League.

Following the hard-fought 1-0 win in Greece on Thursday night, the Gunners had a big game in the Premier League to take care of as they welcomed a resurgent Everton side to the Emirates stadium.

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta initially decided to hand Bukayo Saka a rest as Sead Kolasinac made his first start since returning from an injury.

However, the ex-Bundesliga star was replaced by Saka after only 19 minutes and what followed was another solid display from Arsenal’s makeshift left-back.

The promising youngster registered his tenth assist of the season as his brilliant cross was met by Eddie Nketiah, who netted the equalizer after Everton had taken a very early lead.

Following another fine show, Saka was hailed by the Arsenal faithful on Twitter…
