‘Just not good enough’: Piers Morgan has changed his mind about this Arsenal man
Piers Morgan has admitted that he is no longer in support of the Gunners’ boss after what happened at Leicester City on Saturday, on the back of some worrying results across all competitions over the past month.
The Gunners came into this season looking to make up for the failures of last season which saw them miss out on a place in the Champions League for yet another year.
But even though Arsenal managed to start this season with a win away to Newcastle on the opening day of the campaign, it has been a year to forget so far with the team sitting well behind rivals in the race for the top four places.
Even though Unai Emery appeared to have the support of a majority of the club’s fan base, it looks as thought most people are now calling for the Spaniard to leave.
Thus, Piers Morgan has also taken to social media share his disappointment with the Emery.
I’ve supported Emery since his appointment but it’s sadly clear he’s just not good enough. Arsenal were completely outplayed yesterday by a Leicester team that was a lot cheaper but also a lot hungrier, tougher, more determined & better organised. He’s done. #EmeryOut pic.twitter.com/mdQeiLE1Ur
