‘He’s the worst we’ve ever had!’ – Twitter slams Arsenal star after Norwich game

Olivier Giroud managed to register an assist on Saturday but he is still not winning any plaudits from the Arsenal faithful.

The French striker is enduring a serious dry spell infront of goal which has seen him score just once in his last 18 games in all competitions and none in his last 21 appearances in the league.

Despite contributing to Danny Welbeck’s winner, Giroud fired more blanks in the 1-0 victory over Norwich City.

And that has frustrated more fans…

  1. Ramsey has another miss, no surprises there but ozil walking away from the ref like a petulant two year old is too much. More than one player in this team need a bit of attitude adjustment.

  2. I think its time for Wenger to leave after all he is the only long serving coach in the premiere league, him and his nephew(Giroud)they shud pack and go.we want a striker who has a scoring heart….

  3. Giroud set up the winner, nice touch actually. Ozil has shown excellent attitude in recent matches. Best to ‘think’ of comments after the match.

  4. Giroud is not the ‘bag of skills’ striker that this club deserves/desires but to suggest he is our worst ever is rather knee jerk and even an over-reaction. With 58 goals in 118 domestic games and 78 in all (176) competitions/games, that’s not a stat to scoff at.

  5. Im as impressed with the lame tweets from the so called arsenal fans as they are with Giroud. They want accountability in Giroud. They should have accountability with their horrible analysis.
