Arsnee Wenger has given a brief update on the condition of Laurent Koscielny, heading into Monday’s FA Cup clash with Sutton United.

Arsenal are under more pressure than usual after falling further behind Chelsea in the Premier League title race and losing 5-1 to Bayern Munich in the Champions League.

Wednesday night’s affair only got worse after key centre-back Laurent Koscielny limped off with an injury to be replaced by Gabriel.

And according to the Gunners boss, it is still unclear whether the France international will even play on Monday but he is set for

“I don’t know [how long he will be out], he has a scan today [Friday].” Wenger said at his pre-match press conference.

The absence of Koscielny could see Rob Holding handed a rare start after the 21-year-old’s encouraging performance in the previous round of the competition against Southampton.
