Controversial Sky Sports pundit Jamie Redknapp has revealed what he expects to be the outcome when Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur lock horns once again on Sunday.

The Gunners are set to welcome Mauricio Pochettino’s men to the Emirates stadium for a much-anticipated encounter with only three points separating the two teams on the Premier League table.

While Arsenal are in the midst of an impressive run which has seen them go 15 games unbeaten since the defeat to Liverpool on the opening day of the season, Tottenham have been struggling to find form of late after following up three consecutive draws in the league with a 1-0 Champions League defeat to Bayer Leverkusen on Wednesday.

However, Redknapp, who played for Spurs between 2002 and 2005, has suggested that form will go out of the window in this weekend’s north London derby.

“I think this is going to be a really tight game.” the former Premier League star said on Sky Sports.

“Arsenal are in brilliant form. They were one on my predictions to maybe not get in the top four, but that was before they signed Shkodran Mustafi.

“With Mustafi and Laurent Koscielny, they look really good and powerful. With Per Mertesacker I always thought you ran the risk of losing any game because of his lack of pace at the back.

“It will be a really feisty game. I’ve predicted the draw.”
