‘Love him to pieces’, ‘World class’: Some fans hail this Arsenal star after Everton show
Many fans have expressed their satisfaction with the display of Arsenal’s star forward in the tough victory over Everton at the Emirates stadium on Sunday.
There was hardly any rest for the Gunners after the win over Olympiacos as they faced Carlo Ancelotti’s men only a couple of days after the narrow win in Greece.
Mikel Arteta made a few changes to his starting eleven once again but the Arsenal boss had no choice but to keep his top scorer Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang in the team with a rejuvenated Everton outfit visiting the Emirates stadium.
Following the equalizer from Eddie Nketiah, Aubameyang scored Arsenal’s second goal of the game before half-time.
And even though Everton responded with a goal of their own, the Gunners’ star striker headed home the winning goal of the match, moments into the second half.
It was yet another goal-scoring show from Aubameyang, who is now the Premier League’s top scorer of the season and that saw him receive more plaudits from the fans…
Trap Aubameyang in the dressing room and don't let him leave until he's signed a new deal. Love him to pieces man, he's an incredible player.

Where would we be without Aubameyang man. I've seen some fans on here say replace him in the Summer lol. It's not that easy, he's a forward that's gonna guarantee you over a 20 goal season, no one is guaranteed to come in and hit the ground running like he did.

So impressed with Aubameyang. Happy to go on the wing and do defensive work when a 20 year old is in his position. Great attitude. Leader. Arteta is building something here.

We are very lucky to have someone like Aubameyang at the club. Incredible player, as good a striker you will find anywhere in world football, scores every type of goal, leads by example and is a top class individual. The only downside is we didn’t sign him years before. #afc
