Sky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol has lauded Arsene Wenger for strengthening his options in the goalscoring department.

The Gunners relied heavily on Alexis Sanchez for goals last term as they finished outside of the Premier League’s top four.

And with the pre-season tour just around the corner, Wenger has moved to address that by securing the acquisition of Alexandre Lacazette from Olympique Lyonnais.

The deal was finally confirmed on Wednesday following several months of speculation as the 26-year-old striker became the most expensive player in Arsenal’s history.

And according to Solhekol, Wenger now has a world-class player at his disposal.
