Arsenal striker to miss Saturday’s game, journalist reports

Arsene Wenger’s side has been hit with a new injury blow ahead of the important clash with local rivals Tottenham Hotspur at the Emirates stadium.
The Gunners were missing several defenders almost two weeks ago in the 3-1 defeat to Manchester City as Francis Coquelin was called upon to play at centre-back.
And it now apepars as though Arsenal have injury woes in attack as well with key striker Olivier Giroud expected to be sidelined for the weekend.
The 31-year-old was in action for the French national team last Friday and he even managed to score as Les Blues defeated Aaron Ramsey’s Wales 2-0.
However, according to journalist Ben Dinnery, a thigh injury which Giroud picked up in that match will see him miss the upcoming clash with Spurs.
