Arsenal have received more positive news on the injury front ahead of Monday’s Premier League clash with West Bromwich Albion.
The Gunners are set to welcome Tony Pulis’ side to the Emirates stadium with hopes of returning to winning ways after a recent slump in form.
Arsenal, who have been troubled by injuries to key players this season, have slipped to fourth place in the table after back-to-back 2-1 defeats at Everton and Manchester City.
However, Arsene Wenger has revealed that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who will be sidelined for a shorter spell than expected, is the only worry from last Sunday’s trip to the Etihad stadium.
According to the Arsenal manager, Aaron Ramsey is also on the brink of a return and so is Danny Welbeck.
“I think for Monday we lose Chamberlain from the last game against City. I don’t know if Ramsey will be involved or not but he will be back in full training today.” the Arsenal manager said on Friday
“The good news is that Welbeck will join in today for the first time – he has been out for a very long time.”
