Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has made just one change to the starting line up for the clash with Brighton in the Premier League on Saturday.

The Gunners’ manager will be hoping his side can take full advantage of dropped points from title rivals Manchester City who were held to a 1-1 draw by Everton earlier on Saturday.

At the back, Aaron Ramsdale has kept his place in goal while William Saliba and Gabriel retain their partnership in defence with Ben White starting at right back as usual.

However, Kieran Tierney has lost his spot at left-back to summer signing Zinchenko, who recently made a return from a fairly extended time on the sidelines due to injury.

In midfield, Thomas Partey and Granit Xhaka have retained their places with Martin Odegaard looking to put in another brilliant show like the one he produced against West Ham at the start of this week.

Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli – a pair in fine form – will also be hoping to deliver a solid performance on the road while Eddie Nketiah is once again charged with the major task of filling in for the injured Gabriel Jesus.

FULL TEAM

Ramsdale, White, Saliba, Gabriel, Zinchenko, Partey, Xhaka, Odegaard, Saka, Martinelli, Nketiah. Subs: Turner, Tierney, Tomiyasu, Soares, Holding, Elneny, Lokonga, Vieira, Marquinhos.
