Arsenal will be eager to get back to winning ways when they welcome Dundalk to the Emirates stadium in the Europa League on Thursday evening.

Between the sticks, Bernd Leno is likely to start, even though his recent performances have frankly been underwhelming.

Maitland-Niles and Kolasinac should come in to replace Tierney and Bellerin respectively at full-back since the squad needs the right rotation is certain areas at least.

Mustafi and Gabriel have to be given another opportunity to form a partnership with hardly any centre-backs available, following the injury to David Luiz against Leicester City.

In midfield, Thomas Partey deserves a rest ahead of the big trip to Manchester United this weekend. The Ghanaian star should be handed a mini breather on Thursday as he settles into the team…for he will be greatly needed at Old Trafford.

Partey’s place in the side should be taken by Elneny tomorrow with the likes of Xhaka and Ceballos, who need to put in a better display, alongside him.

Up front, Pepe, who was out of the starting eleven on Sunday, should reclaim his spot – and perhaps his confidence – by featuring against Dundalk while Lacazette makes way for Nketiah, with key striker Aubameyang receiving a much needed rest during a tough period.

PREDICTED TEAM

Leno

Maitland-Niles – Mustafi – Gabriel – Kolasinac

Ceballos – Elneny – Xhaka

Pepe – Nketiah – Nelson
