Picture: The emotional message which Arsenal star has posted after 3-0 defeat to Man City
Arsenal star Jack Wilshere took to social media to express his opinion after the dissapointing result on Sunday.
Arsenal went into Sunday’s clash with Manchester City on the back of a surprising loss to Ostersund in the second leg of the round of 32 tie in the Europa League.
That defeat meant the Gunners’ chances of getting a positive result at Wembley were deemed as very slim according to many pundits.
And that turned out to be the case as goals from Sergio Aguero, Vincent Kompany and David Silva handed Pep Guardiola’s side a comfortable victory.
The Carabao Cup final saw Jack Wilshere feature in midfield alongside Granit Xhaka.
And despite being one of the better performers on the day for Arsenal, Wilshere’s efforts were not enough to stop Arsene Wenger’s men from losing.
The 26-year-old was left visibly frustrated by the result after the match and he has continued to express his disappointment on social media.
Hard to put into words my emotions about yesterday. City are a good team and deserved to win yesterday. Alot of people have had thier say on us and we have to accept cristism when we loose. That being said i can't accept some of the decisions that went against us yesterday. … pic.twitter.com/JgdO9ptqCx
