Arsenal midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan took to Twitter to express his thoughts after the clash with Stoke City in the Premier League on Sunday.

The 29-year-old agreed to move to north London from Manchester United during the January transfer window in a deal which saw Alexis Sanchez leave the club.

Mkhitaryan’s first appearance in an Arsenal shirt was not one to remember as the Gunners succumbed to a 3-1 defeat away to Swansea City.

However, the former Dortmund star stole the show on his first start as he provided three assists in Arsenal’s 5-1 thrashing of Everton at home.

Mkhitaryan remained in good form during March and that saw him scoop the player of the month award at the club ahead of the clash against Stoke City on Sunday.

The former Manchester United star was not named in the starting eleven for the meeting with the Potters due to his likely involvement in Thursday’s Europa League tie.
