Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil has taken to social media to share his time in Dubai with the fans after the Gunners’ trip to the city this week.

Unai Emery watched his side defeat Manchester United 2-0 in the Premier League before their clash with Rennes in the second leg of the Europa League round of 16 tie.

One man who was involved in both of those games was Mesut Ozil, a player still working his way back into the starting eleven after being ditched by Unai Emery for several months.

The 30-year-old star will be hoping to remain at the Emirates stadium beyond this season after rumours which have suggested that he could be sold by the club in the summer.

Ozil was part of the Arsenal first team squad’s trip to Dubai this week as they work on refreshing their chemistry and fitness ahead of the run-in to the season.
