Picture: What Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang has posted after 4-1 win over CSKA Moscow
Arsenal striker Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang has reacted on social media to the Gunners’ victory over CSKA Moscow in the Europa League on Thursday.
Arsene Wenger’s men registered another victory in the Premier League on Sunday as they defeated Stoke City 3-0 at the Emirates stadium.
Featuring in that game was Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang who managed to open the scoring from the penalty spot before adding another goal to his tally in the dying minutes.
The 28-year-old has not been eligible to play in the Europa League for Arsenal, following his move from Borussia Dortmund in the January transfer window.
That meant he could only watch his teammates in action as they thrashed CSKA Moscow 4-1 at home on Thursday night.
A double from both Aaron Ramsey and Alexandre Lacazette were enough to see off the Russian side who managed to score an away goal.
And after watching the Gunners take a major step towards booking a place in the semi-final, Aubameyang took to Twitter to applaud the team…
What a Game 😱😁💪🏽 @Arsenal
