Piers Morgan has heaped praise on the man who kick-started the Gunners’ remarkable comeback away to Chelsea on Tuesday evening.

Arsenal were involved in one of the games of the season on Tuesday, even though the result was yet another draw after last weekend’s frustrating outcome against Sheffield United.

Mikel Arteta named a starting eleven which was very similar to the one from Saturday, as young forward Gabriel Martinelli was handed another start in the absence of Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang.

Martinelli was of course the man who scored Arsenal’s only goal of the game against Sheffield United and he repeated his goalscoring heroics in remarkable fashion at Stamford Bridge.

After watching the Brazilian score out of nothing after the Gunners were reduced to ten men, Piers Morgan has heaped praise on the youngster.

Martinelli, who has been labelled a ‘warrior’ my Morgan, scored with Arsenal’s first shot of the game in a memorable 2-2 draw with Chelsea.
