Sky Sports journalist reveals update on Arsenal agreement to sign 25-year-old

Sky Sports journalist Guillem Balague has revealed an update on Arsenal’s agreement to secure what could be the club’s first signing of the January transfer window.
The Gunners have been short of creativity in recent months with Mesut Ozil hardly seeing any form of regular action under Unai Emery.
The new Arsenal boss has watched his side struggle in the Premier League since early December and he appears to have made an attempt to solve some of the problems by targeting Denis Suarez, a player whom he worked with at Sevila a few years ago.
Rumours from earlier this week have suggested that the Gunners have been working on reaching an agreement with Barcelona for the midfielder.
According to Sky Sports journalist Guillem Balague, the Gunners have agreed to sign the 25-year-old on loan for now before completing a permanent deal for him in the summer.
But what appears to be delaying the deal from being finalised is a strange intention from Barcelona to have Suarez available for Copa Del Rey fixtures for the time being.
On Denis Suarez. Arsenal agree to loan him for €2-3m and €20-25 in the summer for a permanent. It’s what Denis wants. But FCB not giving the green light yet (to use him in Cup?)
