Arsenal defender Sokratis has taken to social media to share his thoughts after the decision from Laurent Koscielny to leave the Emirates stadium this summer.

Following the frustrating end to last season, Unai Emery was expected to say goodbye to a number of players in an attempt to reshuffle what was perceived as an understrength squad.

And making the job of a clear-out even easier for the Arsenal boss was Laurent Koscielny, who swiftly asked for a move away from the club, as soon as pre-season started.

Indeed, the Frenchman decided to withdraw from the squad’s pre-season tour in a controversial couple of weeks at the club as he continued to asked for an exit.

Koscielny finally completed his move to Bordeaux earlier this week and his former centre-back partner, Sokratis, reacted by sharing a few warm words on Twitter.
