Spaniard reacts on Twitter after agreeing £24m Arsenal move
The latest man to move to the Emirates stadium had a brief message on social media for the Arsenal fans after agreeing his move to the club on Wednesday morning.
The Gunners announced just over a month ago that Arsene Wenger was set to leave the club after the end of the 2017/18 season, following 22 years at the club.
Wenger’s exit saw several big names linked with the Arsenal job with Juventus boss Max Allegri and Manchester City’s Mikel Arteta leading the odds.
However, a dramatic U-turn from the Gunners saw them appoint Unai Emery as the new manager, following talks which were believed to have been held on Monday.
The former Paris Saint-Germain boss has agreed a four-year deal worth £24million (£6million-per-year) according to the Mirror.
And after being announced as Arsenal’s new head coach, the Spaniard reacted by posting a brief message for the club’s fans on social media…
