One of Arsenal’s latest transfer targets has spoken on rumours linking him with a move to the Emirates stadium this summer.
With the future of Mesut Ozil still unclear Arsene Wenger has been rumoured to be in search of another attacking midfielder to add to his squad.
Thus, several names have been thrown into the hat with Barcelona star Arda Turan becoming the latest man to be linked with an Arsenal switch.
Reports from Wednesday suggested that the 30-year-old would be the subject of a £25 million bid from the Gunners this summer.
However, the Turkish midfielder, who cost Barcelona €34 million in 2015, has moved to play down speculation of a departure.
According to Turan, his plans are to remain at the Camp Nou for now.
“Not only China there also other transfer speculations about me,” Arda told Fanatik, as quoted by Metro
“But I am very happy at Barcelona and I want to stay until the end of my contract.”
